- If current observations are unavailable, historical research and saved studies should remain usable. Try again later without replacing the selected season with older data.
- Players use initials and team abbreviations. If an identity appears incorrect, include the exact player name and selected season in your report.
- If a chart looks wrong, open its values or underlying plays and include the displayed season, phase, filters, and source generation.
- Export important studies before deleting an account or removing the app.

For account requests, write from the email associated with the account. Augris may request enough information to verify ownership before acting on account data. Football-stat corrections should include the source, season, week, player, and displayed value.
