Research product

Augris organizes sports data and your own research. Statistics, comparisons, model outputs, and written analysis are informational only. They are not financial, legal, medical, betting, or other professional advice; they do not guarantee an outcome or establish that a wager has value.

Source data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable. Check the displayed league, season, phase, sample, source, and observation time before relying on a result.

Accounts and saved research

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Provide accurate account information and notify Augris if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Guest research is stored locally. Account research may sync when that service is available. Export important work before deleting an account, clearing browser storage, or removing the app. You can initiate account deletion from the account screen.

Acceptable use

You may use Augris for personal and internal research. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape or redistribute restricted source data, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use Augris in violation of law or third-party rights.

Access and fees

The current public release provides Augris research tools on web and iOS without a subscription or in-app purchase. No purchase is needed to open Game Intelligence, player research, comparisons or saved studies. Account sign-in may be offered for optional research sync; guest research remains available without an account.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app.

Content and data rights

Augris and its original interface, software, and written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by an applicable Creative Commons license. Football data, names, marks, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and published licenses. The data sources and rights page identifies important sources and limitations.

You retain ownership of notes and other original content you enter. You grant Augris the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, export, and display that content back to you as part of the service.

Availability and changes

Augris may change, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, or connected services. Where practical, the product preserves local research and explains unavailable data rather than substituting a different sample. These terms may be updated as the product changes; a new effective date will be posted here.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Augris is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Augris does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of every third-party observation. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Augris is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or unavailable third-party data. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
